Popped down today because I needed a syringe or similar to back bleed a motorcycle , didn't get the name of the chap that sorted me out but was an absolute credit to the store.I wasn't a paying customer but he still took the time and sorted me out with something out of his own toolbox. Would definitely recommend !

Needed a part that wasnt going to be available in the US until 2019; after just a couple of emails, AJ Cycles had the part on its way to me here in the US. Great customer service!
AJs are friendly, helpful and informative and even make you feel part of their family. They have always been a great local cycle shop, only now on a larger scale, but they have still retained their friendly local feel. I wouldn't want to use another shop. Great new shop everyone.
The new shop looks amazing and the new staff is far more attractive than the last. I have a few suggestions listed below.1. Add Brisket and Pulled Pork to the menu.2. Free foot massages.3. Free 'Bag of Shame' with the purchase of a new e-bike. New owners are to wear on head as they leave the store. 4. Weekly support group meetings for e-bike owners who need reminding they too are 'cyclists'. 5. Car Park Pump Track6. Admittance of more than one American in the store at one time.
