Brilliant service from start to finish! Very informative and Josh went the extra mile when I had queries about the vehicle. Besides the car I chose they have a wide selection of quality vehicles all well presented and well priced.Susan was friendly and helpful during the handover process and I will definitely be returning there in a few years to get a new car...hopefully josh and Susan are still there,the customer service was excellent!!!
Awesome service from Jamie, went over and above for us when buying our Mercedes. He even came in early on a Saturday for the handover. Will definitely be using him again.
Poor serivce from josh, found the way they dealt with things extremely abrupt and rude. Was told I wouldnt get a car in my budget so I went away and got one with half the miles that theres did for less.
Rude service - liked the car but would not buy from here due to the rude and obnoxious sales assistant.I booked in a visit to view one of the Mercedes they had in stock. I wasnt ready to buy on the day but was seriously considering buying the car on a future date should I like it. When the sales assistant eventually met me he seemed to have decided I wasnt going to be a quick sale and therefore wouldnt bother. As such, he took me on a test drive which lasted no more than 3 minutes and didnt go above 30mph - we were back at the showroom before I knew it. Any question or comment I made he seemed determined to find any opportunity to prove I knew less about cars than him - which of course was true. Despite showing interest in the car, the sales assistant was patronising and eager to get us out the door.
Brilliant service and value.Purchased a vehicle online without even viewing in person. All staff couldnt do more to help.Highly recommend.
