Messed up my booking twice, first time I told them I don't have enough space on my drive, they ignored my advice and discovered the drive didn't have enough space when the technician arrived. The second time it was booked at enterprise, got there, enterprise didn't have enough space either! Very angry and disappointed. Do not use!
Don't let them to touch your car. They don't have a clue what they're doing! There was a small dent on a front wing. After their two attempts the wing still looks horrible as well as bumper, which was perfectly good before they have damaged it. Didn't cover it up properly, so there is a clear coat sprayed all over the car including windows! Stay away!
One of the most unprofessional people I have seen since long, the technician suppose to fix minor scratches on bumper, he said he could not do that.The technician did the job in a very unprofessional wayHe put the bumper back leaving 1 glue nut broken and one screw missing with a clear gap in the bumper and the mud guard, I am really unhappy and annoyed the way he carried out the checks even without doing any repair. I phoned the company 4 times as for the first three times I think lady disconnected my call, managed to talk to one of the guys on 4th attemp and discussed my concern, he said they will call me but they did not call at all, I also sent email but no reply so far. Stay away from this company
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I can only say, in my case that I was astounded by the quality of this service. They were with me within 48 hours of initial call, the actual price was cheaper than their instant online quote and the standard of work was exceptional. Il be using them again if i need to, no hesitation
