For the first time in my life I am enjoying going to the gym ! Definitely not like a commercial gym . Tailor made workouts are available and I have so much trust for what Tom shows me . Very knowledgeable PT he goes out of his way to help . . So happy to be part of Unitfitness.
Fab gym ! Amazing friendly atmosphere! Great programmes if needed . Tom is a fab PT who takes you step by step through stuff . This is affordable as well. Feel so lucky to have found this gym !

Whilst this may be considered a small gym it packs a big punch. Fantastic investment in equipment has elevated the gym to greater heights. Friendly approach to training whilst maintaining the serious side of personal improvement.
