It's another shop offering all things Pandora. So if you're a fan you should not be disappointed. Plenty to see and buy or order.
Very cheeky try to get you to spend loads and they think there really fancy but all there really doing is selling some good quality cheapish rings
Wonderful experience today. Went in to replace a ring for my girlfriend and Carrie was more than helpful and made it very easy for us and was more than happy to go beyond normal customer service. Would recommend to go here any day and see Carrie and she is fantastic.
Visited the store today Saturday 5th of January 2019. After being advised by the lady in the Pandora store at Birmingham Airport I took my Mum (who is 82) to our local store regarding a bracelet that she has which over the last few months which has gone discoloured in parts. These sales assistant who was called Victoria was very patronising and condescending towards my elderly mother. She asked her if she had changed her medication recently and if my mum was on any medication and if so what was the medication? She also went on to say that all sterling silver goes discoloured in time. A very poor advert for the expensive poor quality items I thought. We tried to explain to her that my mum had done nothing out of the ordinary and indeed had two bracelets on the same wrist that she wears day in and day out yet ordered one bracelet have gone discoloured in sections this did not seem to register with the sales assistant who continued with her pitch of being a jeweller for many years and knows all about stainless steel. We left the shop very dissatisfied I'm disappointed with the level of customer service we were giving it seems once you have purchased products from Pandora they are not really interested in any after sales care. The assistant in question spent half of her time looking at the people in the queue behind us who she obviously knew wanted to buy items and it was clear that she could not be bothered to assist with a customer who had a complaint regarding an existing item that had been purchased. Very disappointing will not be going to back to that shop again and probably will not buy any more Pandora products.
Pandora's shop at Rushen lakes is laid out like all of their stores. They always have lots of shiny things that people want, but seem very expensive for what you get. Parking is easy and the store is fully accessible.
