Lovely staff and pleasant surroundings.

I emailed the clinic through the contact us page on their website, but didn't receive a reply. I then telephoned and spoke to a receptionist, enquiring about the EMDR treatment they offer and asking to make an appointment. I don't know why but she was unable to help, and said she would call me back. That didn't happen so I have found somewhere else. From my personal experience, I can only say that it appears to be a highly unprofessional outfit.

Wow! Claire is just amazing. She has treated both myself and my husband but what totally blew me away was when she treated my cat (yes, she treats animals too!). Our 10 year old ginger tom had stopped jumping up on things, he didn't play so much, and we could see some occasions where his legs slipped when he was running. He just wasn't as steady on his feet any more. Claire was so good with him, she took the time to make sure he was comfortable with her and she was so gentle with him. Just one treatment from Claire and he is a different cat - he is jumping up on the work surface (he hasn't done that for over a year!), he has started playing more, he is back sleeping in the radiator bed which he struggled to get in to before, and he is so much more steady on his feet. He has even developed better muscle tone - Claire's treatment has just allowed him to move more freely, loosen up and be so much more comfortable. I can't thank you enough Claire!

Friendly and get the job done without the pressure to come back for more treatment. Staff listen and provide care with the patient in mind. Wonderful staff from receptionists to owners.

A lovely environment...pleasant staff and a true healing feel to the place. Treatment so far is working for which o am grateful. Will recommend.
