After losing my job and home I decided to move my belongings into storage and downsize while trying to relocate and find new employment. Victor has been very helpful and understanding with no pressure put on me when I was struggling to make payments. Always responding back to my emails within minutes. I finally moved over seas and was able to take a few things, the team were able to throw away some of things I didnt need and move the rest of my belongings Into a smaller unit for me. Good prices and round the clock access
Pretty good but quoted less than charged
Only used it for a couple of weeks but met our requirements. Staff very helpful - nothing too much trouble, very clean & tidy every time we visited, easy to get to location, plenty of parking space. But the woman in the lift needs an injection of happiness or replaced by someone else!!!!
Professionally run by Chris and Viktor. Always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kept clean and tidy by staff despite having some challenging customers. Storage areas feel secure and love having sensor lighting. 24hr accessCan use own padlocks. Ample parking and loading space Free tea and coffee Free use of kitchen, conference rooms The only reason it lost a star is poor to no mobile reception in the lockup.
