Brilliant customer service with very knowledgeable staff. I came here this weekend as last resort for some Scale Modelling supplies and I left with way more than just supplies. I left with a head full of enthusiasm and a 'go to' for any future supplies or kits. Honestly as a new 'modeller' it's quite daunting with the hobby being niche and not many people (that I know of) being interested in it what with phones and tablets and games consoles being sosreadily available but know I can pop to my local for advice and supplies is very helpful and so much better than relying on YouTube videos. Staff here are brilliant and knowledgeable for any modelling needs (beginner or advanced) as well as informative and great customer service who would rather advise you to use other cost saving resources instead of trying to sell you stuff unnecessarily. Thank you Osbourne's, will definitely come back for sure!

Osborne always has exactly what my 5 year old son wants....usually ghostbusters playmobil. They are helpful and the prices are not high for the quality of toys.
Extensive toys - models - accessories - railways etc. Always a joy to go shopping there - helpful to end.
