I rang a few weeks ago to enquire to book a short break away and also to book a week away with my children next summer. The lady was going to ring me back a couple of days later and havent heard anything. Poor service so will now go elsewhere.
Small branch. Staff are helpful and friendly when I've made enquiries, found them to be less than keen to haggle or price match. The store fees dated, I've never purchased a holiday from them, I always end up over the road at their competitor.
