!!!!DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!Absolutely shocking service.... called regarding annual vacinnations, told i have 14 days to have the booster under vacs4life turned up and told that I had to pay more money to keep my dog up to date because they gave me the wrong information, I spoke with the Wellingborough store(own by the same people) and have given me the same misleading information... I would avoid this practice and the Wellingborough practice at all costsUpdate, advised to take my complaint to the customer service team and on doing so the owners of the practice send me letter banning me from the store threatening to call the police if I attend.I'm dumbfounded that this is the type of veterinary practice pets at home endorse and allow to trade under their name...FOR YOUR PETS SAFETY AND HEALTH PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER BRANCH WHERE YOUR PET WILL BE CARED FOR!!!!
Poorly Guinea Pig. Seen at very short notice and made full recovery. Highly recommended.
Good vets, didn't rush me , cared for my cat and went above and beyond the reason for my visit and gave her a good all over health check.
Extremely caring staff, offer a fantastic service with open hours that means even the busiest of life styles can keep there pets healthy. During my last visit I was held up due to an emergency appointment, I was explained to on arrival this was the case and that my dog would be seen as soon as the vet was available, I was grateful to the staff for letting me know and glad to know that had it been my pet that was an emergency it would be given priority over routine examinations and check ups.
