Being aged and infirm the staff are very helpful, will carry your order to your table for you, excellent service.

I love this Costa! It's a great location, always has enough seats. The service is really quick and the staff always have smiles on their faces. They have the usual great selection of teas, coffees and food. Everywhere is so clean, including the toilets! I love the decor and I would definitely recommend.
It was lovely and cool, but not too cool. The chairs are deliciously comfy. I ordered green tea the teabag was put in a pot with far too much water so there was no flavour left and the cup they gave me was so thick. I went and asked for a glass mug which they were happy to give me but I needed a napkin to clean it as it was dreadfully smears. Not nice at all. Milton Keynes Costa serve their Green Tea directly into beautifully shiny glass mugs. Perfect!
