I was impressed, wall to wall magazines, with time on your hands you could easily spend an hour or so just going through the selection. I did not have that sort of time so a young assistant who knew her stock pointed out the one I wanted. There is a busy cafe upstairs which I briefly looked at, it is a place to meet friends, I was on my own and preferred to be in a cafe with a view so I did not stop.

I can't recommend this place highly enough, brilliant selection of magazines. Literally thousands! Also the best cafe at Rushden Lakes serving locally roasted coffee and great cakes including a good selection of vegan foods which keeps the girlfriend happy.
greatI really like the lift. Once I figured it out. It's fully functional and extremely safe (IMHO).But, a sign says it was made in Sweden, so that might explain why it's so unfamiliar compared to other lifts.
If you like magazines you will love this shop. It has every conceivable magazine you can think of and it's a pleasant environment. Nice caf upstairs; great coffee.
