Fitted the incorrect tires to my car, one side was too small, the other side which was not suitable for the road was not done, and instead the spare wheel was. they need to listen to there customers closely next time.

Took my car to this garage for a service , came back but had to take it back with the engine light flashing , they said it was fixed but 2 days later it was back on and it was cutting out , they has it back again and again said it was fixed , this happened a total of 3 times in as many weeks . They returned it to me in quite a dangerous condition because on the way to Birmingham on the motorway it started to cut out again , luckily we didn't end up in a serious accident .Each time they said it was fixed they had only drove it around the block !!!!!!!! This cost near to 700 . I ended up taking it to another garage and within half an hour they had found the fault and after another 600 cost the car was repaired although they did say that they had found a water leak which needed doing ( this is something moor road said they had fixed ) so we decided to ring them back and tell them what had been found and they said to bring it back and they would repair it for free as they didnt want any bad publicity .on picking the car up we was told it would be another 250 as it was an expensive job .we had no phone call to ask if we wanted the work doing and when challenged they reduced it by 40 .They are complete rip off merchants and I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone again , A 600 job has now cost nearly 1500 in total .And they had the nerve to say that where we took it ,They had ripped us off , pot , kettle I think

Went to have a clutch replaced and the owner worked until very late to finish the job as I am self employed and required my van for work.Good price and very good service! I would recommend this garage.
