Great new store at Rushden Lakes. The store is very well presented with a huge stock of items over two floors. My only gripe is some of the men's brands have small sections, and the home section leaves a lot to be desired. Overall a good store, though.
Good place to go to get high end fashion brands. Good place to go if you need a high end dress shirt / Polo top and M&S or Next just won't cut it for you. The Nero there has a good view over the lake and it's a good place to chill out and read a book (several are supplied on the bookshelves).
Nice, clean and simplified layout with all of the necessary brands and outlets. Great choices for make up, beauty and fragrance. Helpful staff and very spacious.
A huge store that looks very modern and tidy. There are plenty of staff around to help and the store is pretty easy to navigate. Even though there were lots of customers it didn't feel overly busy.There's also a cafe Nero downstairs and a different cafe upstairs called Eden.A very nice place to spend money, providing you have lots of money, as it's quite pricey in here.
I love House of Fraser at Rushden Lakes. Dior is a must visit location counter for me. The staff on the Dior counter are fabulous, nothing ever too much trouble and role model customer service. The products amazing.Eden restaurant is great with a warm welcome, good menu with consistently good tasting food. Good views of the lakes. Lots of good quality products available in store.
