Good food hall and usual M &S shop with free parking. Lovely restaurant which overlooks the shopping court. Recommend the smoked bacon rolls for breakfast treat.
I took my 94yrs old mom to get some new bras, the service from (Alina or Alani) at the undergarment & bra section was absolutely of a very high standard. She professionally fitted my mom for her bras and mom was very happy. Store is very nice and restaurant food is good.
Marks & Spencer staff remain TOP class. Thank you to BRENDA who saw me struggling inside the store and came to my aid, and volunteered her help. Upon giving the 'nod ' to staff member Amy, she then kindly carried my heavy bags out of the store whilst cheerfully chatting to me as we managed our way to my vehicle. Brenda then waited in the freezing weather without complaining as she was obviously very cold and kept shivering. At all times insisting she stay until my disability scooter was entirely sorted for me. Only then did she say if I all right, she was confident to return into the M&S store knowing I was safe to leave. Not only a delightful shopping experience, with interesting well price products, but great staff going above and beyond. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I highly recommend RUSHDEN LAKES M&S. Looking forward to my next visit already. - Grateful smiles
Nice store with good wheelchair access. Staff very helpful and cafe staff very willing to help. Shame that if you want a meal and to mooch round all the shops the parking restrictions make it impossible but it does have the advantage that this must be the only m and s where it's not packed out a few days before Christmas!
Went in to get new bra fitting. Assistant was really kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was only one bra in the whole shop that fitted me. Need more bigger sizes. And as always they put the large sizes at floor height. Come on M&S you can do better than this.
